"SECRETS TO SUCESS" CAMPAIGN
EXECUTIVE PRODUCER / CONTENT LEAD
As Content Lead for the Secrets to Success campaign, I developed the creative identity for the series, approved all branding and visual elements, and led content distribution across the Money Making Conversations Master Class ecosystem and the Walmart Business+ platform. The series served as a value-add within the Walmart Business+ paywall experience, helping drive brand awareness, registrations, sponsorship value, and direct engagement with the Walmart Business+ offering.
This 10-episode branded content series spotlighted small businesses and nonprofit leaders, featuring conversations around financial management, hiring and retaining talent, effective marketing, peer-to-peer networking, and long-term business growth. In addition to producing and distributing the series, we supported participating businesses with visibility, a complimentary Walmart Business+ membership, and financial support as part of the overall initiative, including a total of $10,000 distributed to help strengthen featured businesses.
My role included shaping the content strategy, overseeing the series brand identity, managing creative and promotional execution, and ensuring distribution across podcast, radio, TV, social, and Walmart Business+ digital channels. The campaign also included custom graphics, social content, promotional assets, and edited video content designed for both Money Making Conversations Master Class platforms and Walmart’s business-facing marketing ecosystem.

As part of the leadership behind What Is Rich?, I helped shape and grow a multi-platform media franchise designed to explore entrepreneurship, wealth creation, and economic mobility through premium storytelling and weekly live programming. Originally launched as a 9-part docuseries co-created by Jerome D. Love and Rushion McDonald, the brand expanded into What Is Rich? Live!, a recurring talk show built to deliver actionable conversations around business growth, financial empowerment, and culture. My role centered on helping position What Is Rich? as both a content property and a scalable media brand by supporting the creative direction, branding, distribution strategy, and content ecosystem surrounding the franchise.
Across the franchise, I helped bring the What Is Rich? brand to audiences across FOX SOUL and a wide range of streaming and digital distribution channels, including Roku Channel, Samsung TV, Tubi, Hulu, Amazon News/Echo, YouTube, LG, FUBO, TCL+, DIRECTV, and FoxSoul.TV, extending the brand’s reach to millions of viewers nationwide. I also directed and supported the ongoing growth of What Is Rich? Live!, which airs weekly across multiple platforms and reaches a digital audience base of more than 2 million viewers through FOX SOUL, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and related partner channels. My work focused on strengthening the franchise’s identity, expanding its visibility across platforms, and helping translate a documentary concept into a broader, recurring media property with meaningful audience reach and long-term brand value.

Product & Growth Lead
As the lead behind We Power Fundraisers, I oversaw the development and growth of a virtual crowdfunding platform designed to help schools, teams, nonprofits, churches, and community organizations raise money through product-based fundraising rather than traditional donation asks alone. The platform was built to create a more engaging and sustainable fundraising model by giving organizations a way to sell products from small business partners while generating meaningful financial returns for their causes. It also created a marketing and distribution channel for participating small businesses, helping put their products in front of new audiences through community-driven fundraising campaigns. From concept through execution, I led the project end-to-end, shaping the platform strategy, brand positioning, user experience, and overall growth direction while ensuring the business remained aligned with both customer needs and long-term performance goals.
My role included managing cross-functional teams, working directly with contractors and development resources, and overseeing the full operational ecosystem surrounding the platform—from site experience and campaign execution to vendor relationships, fulfillment workflows, and customer-facing communications. In addition to building a fundraising model that created value for both organizations and participating small businesses, I led the platform through multiple stages of growth and optimization, continuously improving the user journey, strengthening partner visibility, and expanding the platform’s overall business impact. Under my leadership, We Power Fundraisers exceeded revenue expectations in consecutive years while establishing a scalable digital fundraising solution that blended e-commerce, community impact, and small business promotion into a single platform.

As part of the leadership behind Money Making Conversations Master Class, I helped drive the growth of a nationally distributed media platform built around entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and business storytelling. My role focused on strengthening the show’s content ecosystem, expanding its reach across podcast, radio, television, and digital channels, and supporting the systems that allowed the brand to scale consistently across platforms. In addition to helping shape the audience growth strategy, I played a key role in content distribution, platform execution, creative development, and the broader operational infrastructure that supported the show’s long-term visibility and performance.
Through a combination of strategic distribution, platform management, and content execution, Money Making Conversations Master Class grew into a Top 100 podcast in the United States, generating more than 1.2 million monthly downloads while expanding its presence across a multi-channel syndication network. The show’s distribution footprint included podcast platforms, radio, television, SiriusXM, YouTube, and partner channels, creating a scalable media ecosystem that extended far beyond a traditional single-platform show. My work centered on helping build the systems behind that growth—connecting content strategy, audience development, production workflows, and platform distribution into a cohesive engine designed to increase reach, strengthen consistency, and position Money Making Conversations Master Class as a high-performing national media property.
